It's not known for certain where it came from, or how it came to be, all that is known is that it was there. It was a canker upon the world, spreading a vile cancerous air that corrupted all that it touched. Chapter 1: the two brothers A faint light cut through the empowering darkness of the ancient halls of the once great keep. The light was of a lantern held aloft by a young man of about seventeen, in trail of another being close to twenty. They had ventured into the labyrinthine passages hewn into the mountain seeking trinkets of great fortunes. "Lark, how far are we going to be going in, I,m getting tired of holding this up." The younger whined. The older replied, a bit annoyed"Don't complain Arokh, I would have had to pay for someone to carry equipment otherwise. Why waste funds on someone else when a sibling can help for free?" Arokh snee
